Shiftix Cloud Terms of Service — Your Rights and Responsibilities as a User
These terms govern access to and use of the Shiftix Cloud platform, including all features, APIs, integrations, and communications tools made available under your subscription. By using Shiftix you agree to these terms in their entirety. Please read carefully — they define what you can expect from us and what we expect from platform users across your organization.
What Does a Shiftix Subscription Grant Your Organization?
Your subscription grants your organization access to the Shiftix platform features included in your selected plan for the duration of your billing period. Data you create, import, or generate through use of the platform remains your property at all times. Shiftix does not claim ownership of customer data and will not use it beyond what is operationally necessary to provide the services covered by your active subscription agreement.
What Governing Law and Dispute Process Applies to Shiftix Subscribers?
These terms are governed by the laws of the state of Delaware. Disputes are resolved through binding arbitration except where prohibited by applicable law. The terms may be updated periodically — material changes will be communicated with at least 30 days notice before taking effect for existing subscribers. Continued use of the platform after the effective date of updated terms constitutes acceptance of the revised agreement.
- Subscription: access to all plan features for the duration of your billing period
