DP360 CRM Alternatives Compared: Five Options for Powersports, RV and Marine Dealers

Compare five DP360 CRM alternatives for powersports, RV and marine dealers on eight criteria, plus a switching checklist for moving leads, texts and opt-outs.

The right DP360 CRM alternative depends on whether you want your CRM inside your DMS or beside it. Lightspeed and IDS build a CRM into their dealer management systems. Traffic Log Pro, Revvable and Shiftix Cloud work as separate customer tools. This guide compares all five with DP360 on the same eight criteria.

At a glance

  • Lightspeed CRM suits powersports, marine and RV stores that want one vendor, because its CRM lives directly inside the Lightspeed DMS.
  • IDS SalesCRM suits RV and marine dealers already on IDS, since it is built for RV, marine and trailer sales teams and is described as connected to the DMS.
  • Traffic Log Pro suits powersports stores that want a dedicated CRM with built-in texting, appointment automation and AI-suggested replies.
  • Revvable suits powersports stores that want lead management alongside credit applications and payment requests, and it says it helps dealers switching from DP360.
  • Shiftix Cloud suits auto, RV, marine and powersports dealers who want a CRM and shared customer inbox beside their DMS, with AI drafts that staff approve before sending.

How we compared DP360 CRM alternatives

We chose these five DP360 CRM alternatives because each one sells a CRM or lead tool to the powersports, RV or marine dealers DP360 also serves. Shiftix Cloud publishes this guide and is one of the products compared.

  • Evidence: each vendor's own website, read in October 2026. Nothing was tested first-hand, and no vendor reviewed this guide.
  • DP360 sources: the DP360 website could not be read by the research tools used for this guide. The DP360 description below relies on DP360's own App Store listing and a July 2024 press release DP360 issued with Car Wars. Check current details with DP360.
  • "Not stated" means the pages we read did not cover a point. It does not mean the product lacks it.
  • No prices. We say only whether each vendor publishes pricing.

Every option is scored on the same eight criteria: what it is, who it serves, lead capture and follow-up, texting and email, DMS connection, AI and who controls it, help with switching, and pricing.

What DP360 CRM is, according to DP360

DP360 CRM, from Dealership Performance CRM, LLC, is a dealership CRM for leisure and automotive dealers. In a July 2024 press release, DP360 named its industries as powersports, marine, RV, truck, trailer, automotive and agriculture, and said it supports over 2,000 retailers and partners. Both figures are DP360's own and more than two years old.

  • What it is: a standalone CRM described as "AI-driven" in the press release.
  • Who it serves: powersports, marine, RV, truck, trailer, automotive and agriculture dealers.
  • Lead capture and follow-up: not confirmed for this guide.
  • Texting and email: not confirmed for this guide.
  • DMS connection: the DP360 CRM App Store listing calls it "the most integrated CRM in the industry with 300+ partners and integrations". The press release says those include OEMs, DMS providers, third-party portals and website providers.
  • AI: described as AI-driven. How the AI works, and whether staff approve its messages, was not confirmed for this guide.
  • Mobile: a DP360 CRM app for iPhone is listed on the App Store.
  • Pricing: not confirmed for this guide.

Dealers usually review a CRM at a contract renewal, a DMS change or a change in how the store handles leads. Those are general triggers, not findings about DP360. If DP360 still fits your store, the checklist later in this guide is a useful way to confirm it.

DP360 alternatives built into a DMS: Lightspeed and IDS

Lightspeed and IDS are DMS vendors whose CRM sits inside, or connects directly to, their own dealer management system. That means one vendor and one database, and the thing to test is how deep the built-in CRM goes.

Lightspeed CRM

  • What it is: the CRM inside the Lightspeed DMS. The Lightspeed CRM page says it manages customer communication, lead activity, appointments and follow-up.
  • Who it serves: powersports, marine, RV, trailer and golf car dealerships.
  • Lead capture and follow-up: captures and routes leads from the dealer website, OEM channels, third-party listings and local events, and shows where each lead came from.
  • Texting and email: texts and emails sent directly from Lightspeed, plus template email and text campaigns at pre-set intervals, triggered by inactivity, purchase behavior or service reminders.
  • DMS connection: the page says the CRM "lives directly inside your DMS".
  • AI: the CRM page does not describe AI features. An AI Command Center appears as a separate product in the site menu.
  • Switching help: not stated.
  • Pricing: not published. Described as modular, scaling with dealership size, user count and selected modules.

IDS SalesCRM

  • What it is: IDS SalesCRM is a CRM and sales automation tool from IDS, which also sells a DMS.
  • Who it serves: RV, marine and trailer dealerships.
  • Lead capture and follow-up: logs all store traffic and tracks follow-up time for web leads.
  • Texting and email: email and SMS history appear in the customer view, alongside ServiceCRM comments. How texts are sent is not stated.
  • DMS connection: described as "Connected to Your DMS", with one-click DMS quote creation and up-to-date DMS inventory data.
  • AI: not stated.
  • Switching help: not stated.
  • Pricing: not published.

Standalone DP360 alternatives: Traffic Log Pro, Revvable and Shiftix Cloud

Traffic Log Pro, Revvable and Shiftix Cloud are customer tools that are not sold as a DMS, which is closest to how DP360 works today. For these three, the thing to test is the connection to your DMS: which fields move, in which direction, and who is told when a sync fails.

Traffic Log Pro

  • What it is: Traffic Log Pro calls itself "more than just a CRM for the powersports industry", with F&I menu selling and reputation management. Its site footer names DX1 and ZiiDMS as affiliated companies.
  • Who it serves: powersports dealers.
  • Lead capture and follow-up: the Lead Manager has a customer log for lead entry, sets appointments automatically when leads are logged, sends automated text reminders and emails reports.
  • Texting and email: a built-in texting and email tool, or Kenect. Text and email history stays in Traffic Log Pro rather than on personal phones.
  • DMS connection: not stated on the pages we read.
  • AI: Reply with TLP-AI expands notes, refines wording and offers suggested replies. The page does not state an approval step.
  • Switching help: not stated.
  • Pricing: not published.

Revvable

  • What it is: sales and financing tools: lead management, automated credit application form fill and payment requests. Revvable says more than 350 powersports dealerships use it.
  • Who it serves: powersports dealers only.
  • Lead capture and follow-up: Revvable lead management puts credit apps, web inquiries and walk-ins in one list, with custom pipeline stages, round-robin or rule-based assignment, and reminders triggered by deal activity or inactivity.
  • Texting and email: built-in text and email tools inside the customer profile.
  • DMS connection: lists a Lightspeed integration that syncs inventory and customer records, ADF lead import and export, and a DP360 CRM integration that sends and receives lead data.
  • AI: not stated.
  • Switching help: "If you're switching from Lightspeed, DP360, or even spreadsheets, we'll help you get set up and running fast."
  • Pricing: not published.

Shiftix Cloud

  • What it is: a Customer Operations Platform with CRM, a Unified Customer Inbox and the Aria AI Assistant. Shiftix Cloud is not a DMS and does not replace one. The DMS stays the system of record.
  • Who it serves: auto, RV, marine and powersports dealers. Unlike DP360, it does not yet sell to trailer or equipment dealers.
  • Lead capture and follow-up: captures and routes leads by source, vehicle type, location or round-robin, with custom pipeline stages, aging and stall flags, and per-lead reminders.
  • Texting and email: the Unified Customer Inbox brings phone, email, SMS, website forms, Facebook Messenger and live chat onto the customer record. STOP and UNSUBSCRIBE are honored permanently for Shiftix-managed messaging.
  • DMS connection: the integrations page lists Lightspeed, IDS and EverLogic among DMS platforms, as examples of potential connection targets rather than a guaranteed one-click connector. Availability, data direction, permissions and setup are confirmed during implementation.
  • AI: the Aria AI Assistant summarizes context and drafts SMS and email follow-up. It is human-controlled: staff review and approve drafts before they are sent.
  • Switching help: the integrations page describes a one-time migration from a previous CRM. Where supported, structured imports can move customer records, opportunities, notes and activity history, with scope confirmed during implementation.
  • Pricing: plans are listed on the pricing page. The quote depends on users, locations and plan, and migrations may be charged separately.

Before you leave DP360: a switching checklist

A DP360 switch goes best when the export and the integration list are settled before the old contract ends. These steps are our recommendations, not vendor requirements.

  1. Read the contract. Note the renewal date, the notice period and what the agreement says about getting your data back.
  2. List every connection. DP360 says it has more than 300 partners and integrations. Write down the ones your store actually uses: OEM lead programs, listing sites, your website provider, your DMS, phone tracking and texting. Each one needs a home in the new system.
  3. Ask what the export includes. Customers, open opportunities, notes, appointments, and text and email history are not always in the same file. Ask for a sample export early.
  4. Carry over opt-outs. Customers who texted STOP must stay opted out in the new system. Ask both vendors how the opt-out list moves.
  5. Re-point lead sources. OEM and listing-site leads often arrive by email or ADF feed. Each source has to be redirected to the new CRM on cut-over day, or leads go to a system nobody checks.
  6. Plan a short overlap. Keep read access to the old CRM for a period after cut-over, so staff can look up history the import missed.
  7. Check the first week. Send a test lead from each source and confirm it arrives, is assigned and gets a reply.

How to test a DP360 alternative in a demo

A DP360 alternative should be tested on your own store's scenarios rather than on a vendor's prepared script. These four cover the gaps that matter most in a switch.

  • The Saturday web lead. Submit a lead from your own website on a weekend. Show who gets it, how fast, and what a manager sees if nobody replies.
  • The imported customer. Pick a real customer with years of history. Show what that record would look like after migration, including old texts.
  • The opted-out customer. Show what happens when a rep tries to text someone who replied STOP.
  • The AI draft. If the product has AI, show a message it writes and show who approves it before it reaches the customer.

Score every vendor on the same sheet. Our powersports dealer software comparison, RV dealer software comparison and boat dealer software comparison use a similar method for each vertical.

Which DP360 alternative should you choose?

The DP360 alternative to choose is the one that handles your demo scenarios with the fewest workarounds, and the first decision is whether the CRM should live inside the DMS or beside it.

  • Want one vendor and one database? Look at the CRM inside your DMS: Lightspeed CRM for Lightspeed stores, IDS SalesCRM for IDS stores.
  • Keeping your DMS and want a dedicated powersports CRM? Compare Traffic Log Pro and Revvable, and ask each one how it connects to your DMS.
  • Want a CRM, shared inbox and approved AI drafts beside your DMS? Review Shiftix Cloud CRM and check your DMS on the integrations page.
  • Selling trucks, trailers or farm equipment too? Check each vendor's industries first. Several options here serve only some of the verticals DP360 lists.

Frequently asked questions

Does DP360 CRM have a mobile app?

Yes. A DP360 CRM app from Dealership Performance LLC is listed on the Apple App Store as of October 2026. Ask DP360 which CRM tasks the app supports, such as logging leads, texting customers or viewing appointments, before relying on it on the showroom floor.

How much does DP360 CRM cost?

DP360 CRM pricing was not available in the sources used for this guide, so ask DP360 for a written quote. For any dealership CRM, cost usually depends on the number of users, the number of locations and the modules or integrations you add. Ask what changes the price after the first year and whether setup or data migration is billed separately.

What does DP360 CRM integrate with?

DP360 says its CRM has more than 300 partners and integrations, including OEMs, DMS providers, third-party portals and website providers. The number matters less than whether your own systems are covered. Ask DP360, or any alternative, for written confirmation that your DMS, OEM lead programs and listing sites connect, and in which direction data moves.

Can you take your data with you when you leave a dealership CRM?

Usually, but the details depend on the contract and the vendor. Before signing any CRM agreement, ask in writing what an export includes, in what format, and whether text and email history, notes and opt-out lists are part of it. Request a sample export before cut-over, not after the contract has ended.

If you are weighing a CRM change, the Revenue Leak Audit is a practical first step. It is complimentary, with no obligation and no software purchase required. It looks at lead response, follow-up, conversion, customer retention, accountability and workflow, and Shiftix walks through the findings with you.
